Miara received her bachelors degree and masters degree from John Carroll University. Miara enjoys working with adults and specializes in anxiety, depression, marital and premarital, with experience in coping skills, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions, peer relationships, and stress. Her modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts, Humanistic, Person Centered, Strength Based, and Motivational Interviewing.
