Many of the people Miara Noce works with come to therapy feeling disconnected—from themselves, their relationships, or the life they thought they’d be living. They may be carrying grief, navigating a difficult transition, or feeling the strain of trying to hold everything together. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Grief Professional (CGP), and clinician trained in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Miara helps individuals and couples explore what’s getting in the way of closeness and self-compassion.
