Brooke is pursuing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health Services.
With a naturally warm and empathetic demeanor, Brooke is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. She uses evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to help clients manage stress, anxiety, and depression, while encouraging personal growth and emotional well-being. 

Brooke’s person-centered, holistic approach creates a safe space where clients build resilience, self-esteem, and practical coping skills. Eager to expand her skills, Brooke is exploring advanced techniques such as play therapy and EMDR to further enhance her ability to guide clients toward meaningful and lasting progress.
