Abigail is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor here in the state of Ohio. Abigail has earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Cleveland State University in 2018 and her Master’s degree from John Carroll University in 2023. 

She is trained in EMDR and is a Certified First Responder Counselor, allowing her to thoughtfully support clients in processing difficult experiences and building resilience. Abigail has experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

She enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, college students, and first responders, including those in Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch.

Abigail takes a compassionate, client-centered approach to therapy, integrating trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to meet each person where they are. She is deeply committed to creating a safe, warm, and welcoming space where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. Abigail considers it an honor to walk alongside you as you work toward healing, self-discovery, and meaningful change.
