Abigail Holaus, MA, LPC
Abigail received her Bachelor’s in psychology and minor in criminal justice from Cleveland State University in 2018. She completed her Master’s degree from John Carroll University in 2023. Abigail has experience with and enjoys working with adolescents, young adults, and first responders (Law Enforcement, Fire, EMS, and Dispatch). She has a wide background in working with anxiety disorders, depression, self-injurious behaviors, suicidal ideation, and trauma.
Abigail primarily utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, person-centered techniques, trauma focused techniques within her sessions. She has been trained in EMDR and is a Certified First Responder Counselor.
Abigail strives to create a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where she is honored to walk alongside you in your journey and assist in finding solutions to help life feel more manageable.
