Camille is a counseling intern pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ursuline College, where she completed advanced coursework in physiological psychology, and has also completed additional graduate-level coursework in trauma- and grief-informed care. Camille provides counseling under clinical supervision to clients of all ages and presenting concerns.
Camille takes a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach, emphasizing a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental, and authentic space and believes that warmth and appropriate humor can support connection and ease. She values the uniqueness each individual brings and is passionate about supporting clients on their journey of growth and untangling life’s more challenging moments.
Her work is goal-oriented and flexible, often integrating cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques while remaining open to other evidence-based approaches based on each client’s goals and preferences. Camille is passionate about supporting clients in developing greater clarity, balance, and well-being and aspires to support clients navigating anxiety, stress, depression, mood fluctuations, and life transitions. She practices under supervision and values ongoing learning to best support her clients, aiming to eventually gain extra specialization training in EMDR and DBT.
