Colleen Bates, PMHNP

Colleen Bates is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). She graduated from Ohio University in June 2023 with her Master's Degree. Prior to obtaining her Master's she was an Emergency Department nurse for eight and a half years. 

She has experience providing treatment of a variety of mental health concerns not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and attention-deficit hyperactivity disorders. She currently provides treatment to patients at a local in-patient psychiatric facility. Her goal is to meet a patient's needs through a compassionate, client-centered approach. She listens attentively to both patients and their families, addressing their concerns. She combines her expertise in medication management to create a collaborative treatment plan with her patients.
