Christine received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Communications from Cleveland State University in 2019. She worked as a Research Assistant at Cleveland State University on a study that was published, finding how DBT communication skills affect work/life balance satisfaction. Christine received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Carroll University in 2022.
Christine has advanced training in anxiety disorders and is certified in providing DBT therapy for all ages. She is passionate about working with children from 4 years old and up, enjoys working with teenagers through adulthood, families, and provides family counseling. She enjoys working with anxiety disorders, OCD, mood disorders, chronic illness, personality disorders, eating disorders and disordered eating, PTSD and Trauma, and behavioral and conduct difficulties. Christine uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy. She uses a humanistic and person-centered approach to create a safe, non-judgmental, trusting, and nurturing space, meeting clients where they currently are with empathy, respect, and compassion.
Christine strives to work together to empower you to meet your goals, develop inner strengths, and build resilience to cope more effectively with life’s challenges. Christine is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist.
